These regular inspections and maintenance must be carried out by a competent person, in order to meet these regulations. MoreAble’s qualified field service engineers carry out these inspections as part of our core service. Inspections are carried out every 6 months with a full examination including a maximum safe working load test carried out annually.
PUWER requires that equipment provided for use at work is suitable for the intended requirements, safe for use, maintained in a good condition and inspected to ensure it is correctly installed and does not subsequently deteriorate.
